Pricing questions

The things schools ask before signing

Neither. It is $50 per month for the whole school. Add every staff member and every room, van and trolley you own — the price does not move.

Because we do the setup, not you. We configure your periods and term dates, load your resources, set the approval rules, migrate bookings from whatever you are using now, and sit with the people who will run it. It is a one-off $1,000.

No. It works as an add-on to SchoolSite, SchoolBridge or SchoolPoint, or entirely on its own. If you already have one of those, staff use the login they have.

Schools that hire out a hall or gym usually cover the subscription several times over. Charging applies to outside groups only, so staff still book at no cost, and the reporting shows what each organisation was billed. More on community hire.
